Your server IP and port are shown on your dashboard and were included in your welcome email. Use them in your game's server browser or direct connect feature.
Log into the Server Panel to access the file manager, console, and backups. You can also connect via SFTP using your server UUID as the username and your panel password.
Contact support and we'll help you switch your egg (e.g. Vanilla to Forge). Note that switching resets your server files.
Go to your server dashboard, click the Support tab, and use the Cancel Subscription button. Your server stays active until the end of your paid period.
Your server enters a grace period (3-7 days depending on your plan). You'll receive an email with a payment link. If payment isn't received within the grace period, the server is suspended.
Contact support to change your package. We'll adjust your resources and billing accordingly.
